1. Acceptance of Terms By accessing, purchasing, or using the services provided by R&V Growth, doing business as EZ Legal Tint (“Company,” “we,” “us,” “our”) through ezlegaltint.com (“the Website”), you (“Customer”) agree to be legally bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). These Terms govern your use of any services rendered by us and constitute a legally binding agreement between you and the Company.

2. Description of Services EZ Legal Tint is a facilitation service that connects Customers with physicians who assess eligibility for window tint exemptions based on submitted information. We facilitate the acquisition and electronic delivery of a signed PDF document, suitable for DMV submissions or personal record-keeping, as mandated by individual state regulations.

3. Service Nature

  • We provide electronic form facilitation services only and do not engage in the practice of medicine, legal counsel, or automotive advice.
  • We do not offer telemedicine services are not a healthcare provider.
  • Our services are strictly limited to administrative support during the receipt of signed electronic forms, and connecting Customers with physicians who can provide necessary documentation for tint exemptions.

4. Service Delivery

  • We aim to facilitate the delivery of the signed document within seven (7) business days and most orders are complete within two (2) business days, but orders may take up to sixty (60) days from order placement to be completed due to potential administrative or physician-related delays.
  • If you fail to complete the required intake form within two (2) weeks of order placement, we will attempt to contact you using the provided contact information. Absent completion after this period will result in forfeiture of eligibility for any form of reimbursement.

5. Refund and Cancellation Policy

  • All sales are final. Orders cannot be canceled post-purchase.
  • Refunds are issued solely in instances where the engaged physician determines ineligibility for the tint exemption. Such refunds are processed automatically and Customers are notified accordingly.

6. Customer Obligations

  • Customers are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information. Misrepresentation or errors may lead to service interruption or cancellation without a refund.
  • Customers must adhere to all applicable legal standards regarding the use of the provided documentation.

7. Chargebacks and Dispute Resolution

  • Chargebacks initiated without just cause are considered breaches of these Terms. Such actions will halt all ongoing services immediately.
  • Customers initiating unjustified chargebacks agree to reimburse the Company for any costs incurred in contesting such disputes and may be subject to collections and further legal action.

8. Limitations of Liability

  • The Company disclaims all warranties, express or implied, to the extent permitted by law.
  • We shall not be liable for any indirect, punitive, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with the service.

9. Intellectual Property and Misuse of Service

  • The Company reserves the right to terminate or suspend services to anyone suspected of using our services for illicit or competitive purposes.
  • Legal remedies will be pursued against entities that compromise the integrity or lawful operation of our services.

10. Governing Law These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New Mexico, irrespective of its conflict of law principles.
